Even though this bath lift weighs just 11.5 pounds; the Archimedes can support up to 330 lbs. Furthermore, this bath lift will rise up to 17.75″ and has flaps which are guided as you are lowered into the bath tub. This particular bath tub lift does not recline enabling the user more leg room. However, the backrest height for the Archimedes bath lift is 26.25″ giving the user support and comfort for the bath in comparison to a standard 18″.
