Swiss arms Black eagle airsoft rifle problems?

My friend has a swiss arms M6 black eagle airsoft rifle and when it is fired there is no power or range behind the pellet (it should do over 320fps with 0.20g BB pellets). We stripped it down as far as we could, but coulnt find out what was wrong.
What is wrong? How can we fix it? or would it be better to sell it as parts because it has a BAX barrel, and if he did sell it for its barrel, how much is a BAX airsoft sniper barrel worth?
This rifle is not a “toy”- he bought it to actually play airsoft at a proper skirmishing site and it wasnt cheap either

It’s an Airsoft toy, I think that my be the problem.
