What are small, white blisters on your eye balls?
I have a blister like circle on the inner part of my eye balls. Not on my pupil. I’ve had it for about 3 years now. My wife has just noticed the same on hers. It’s not painful, but looks awful. Thanks
Thanks for your answer. Mine seem to be on the white of the eye not the pupil or around the pupil.
Small white blisters are called a phlyctenule…cause by either an allergic reaction to blepharitis or by staphylococcus or other bacteria. Artificial tears eye drops, vasoconstrictors such as tetrahydrozoline, or corticosteroid eyedrops are needed to clear up the problem. I would see an opthamologist just in case.

Edit: A Phlyctenule can affect any part of the eye, not only the cornea. 
A pingueculum is a yellowish patch on the whites of the eye and pterygium is a growth, not a blister.
