Why are My Hands and Feet Constantly Sweaty?
Even when I’m relaxed at room temperature my hands and feet are always really sweaty. Then, when it’s really cold, they get paper dry and the skin between my fingers gets sort of flakey.
The only time they’re normal is right after they get wet from water and I dry them off, or when the air is between cool and room temperature.
I don’t really drink more than the average person, and I’m not morbidly obese or anything.
Is it genetic? My cousin had the same thing, but she got the surgery to only sweat on some parts of her back.
My friend had the same problem and she went to a natures sunshine place on got a herb to take care of the problem. She never complains anymore. I have heard of people that had botox or surgery for the problem though.
