What size motorcycle jacket to order?
I ussually wear a large but have noticed people commenting that they order one size larger sometimes and are happy that they did. so are motorcycle jacket fittings like when you buy running shoes sometimes you need a size bigger? Thanks for your help.
It would be best to try a few on at a local MC shop. Just as with any other clothing the sizes vary. A large by one may be to big and an ex-large by another may fit just right. Also if you are planning to buy a jacket that you will wear year round you’ll need to make sure there is room in it to layer your clothes when it gets cold. The up side is, most mc jackets have adjustable waist closures and also straps on the arms so you can let them out when wearing layers and tighten them down when you are not.
