How long should I wait before plugging in a once wet (not fully submerged) and now seemingly dry pc?

Hi, I’m trying to ressurect a IBM PS/2 pc ,but the problem is that it got wet in like a little accident. It got a wet. I know this becuase I see rust on the bottom of the pc and the “floor” of the pc. Luckly the mother doesn’t seem to have gotten wet. Also, I had someone else moving the pc and they decided setting it on the ground was a good idea and got a little bit of snow on the grate of the power supply. I’m nor sure if any fell in or not. Also, there’s a little corrosion on the place where you plug the power cord in. I cleaned it off to the best of my abilities. When will this be dry enough to plug in again?

The key is really to wait like 48 Hours after getting it wet and turning it over every once in a while.
If you use a hair dyer be VERY careful, they can get really hot and start melting plastic and other things. If your hair dryer has a “cool” or “low heat” setting use that and don’t keep the hair dryer pointing in the same place for more than about a second.
