How often do you release excrement?

If you do not go either every day or every other day. You have an underlying issue with your bowels + what exactly you’re eating.

Personally, I go every 3 days + I’m trying to fix what I eat. Plus, fiber always helps. What can I say—I’m a college student. Of COURSE I’m going to eat horrible!

Normal person should go at least once or more a day, If not you need more fibre etc if this did not work you may need a laxative. And remember the risk of bowel cancer is higher if you don`t go regular.
