What happens when you call someone Bi-polar and they turn out to be Bi-polar? Plus they want to sue you.?
Yes that’s right I called someone Bi-polar, having no clue that they indeed are Bi-polar. Now they are threatening to sue me for slander, namely for calling them Bi-polar (I also said this person typed like trash…key word being “like”) I’m pretty sure that this is not possible but people win stupid law suits all the time.

Just forget about this person, slander is only chargable if you do something like spread around a lie about someone, and then it’s usually only chargable if it can be proven that you created harm to this person as a result of the lies you spread about them
