Can anyone please cheer me up because I feel depressed because the main computer in my home broke ?
The main computer that is my favorite computer in my home failed on me this morning and the reason it is my favorite computer is because it was my first computer that I did DVD Burning on. I really liked that computer even though I have about 3 more computers, 2 desktops and 1 laptop. That computer that failed runs on Windows XP while my 3 other computers runs on newer version of windows, My laptop and the other desktop which is my sister’s computer runs on Windows Vista, while my personal desktop runs on Windows 7 Home Premium. I feel so depressed because my old favorite computer since 2005 failed, i mean it grew to become my best friend. I have no friends even though I am going to start college in May this year. I suffer from bi polar and this just makes it hard for me to handle. Everytime when I turn on my favorite computer it says primary master drive 0 not detected. Can anyone please cheer me up ?? I would really appreciate your help cheering me up.
My laptop recently fell from a 4ft drop with my document (a 5 page report) due an hour later. I had been working on it all week because it was important for my grade in a course. The harddrive was completely wiped out and I had to turn in late and redone from scratch for a 20% deduction from my grade. I would have gotten an 80% but now i have a 60%.
So, i can relate to your grief over your computer.
But don’t consider it a best friend. Make friends with physical, living people. At least you have other computers to use at home. I have to walk to the library to use a computer during designated hours.
Depressed? Try going for a jog or just get that heart pounding somehow. A nice release of endorphins could boost your spirits.
