I am selling one of my dad’s rod & reel’s and that is a very long piece of equipment. How would I go about shipping that? Do you have any idea how much it would cost?

You could probably get a mailing tube (similar to what someone would ship blueprints or posters in) that would work quite nicely. Just try to use some bubble wrap to cushion it and fill in the spaces so that it doesn’t bouce around too much during shipping.

There are maximum length restrictions, you can check with the carrier. Also, keep in mind that there may be a service charge as this odd sized package probably can not be processed on the machinery. Most major carriers have a website with that information on it.
