can someone beef this up a little for my resume?

Requirements for inbound sales included good communications skills and taking customer orders.

Outbound quality services calls for Ecolab

Awards received included a Bellringer, (Awarded for quality customer service.) and a Letter of Recognition from the senoir staff of JC Penny

i want someone to rewrite it not tell me what to do. i’m not good at this type of writing.
this is for a call center job

Re-writing it is something that can be done, but HOW it’s written depends on what position you are shooting for. I’d need that info. before I could reorganize/rewrite it for you, but would be happy to give it a go once that info. is received.

Do you want another customer service style position in ?retail? (Are you in Retail now?) or are you looking to get into a call center (ie: Cox/Charter Cable, a car dealership, a collections position (telephones), a telemarketing position, etc….? OR do you want to build on this experience and make a leap across to a larger position with more responsibility? (ie: a sales position where customer service is IMPERATIVE and a great next step in the big picture for experience)

So you were on the telephone…in what ways did it make you a better candidate for a position at another company? Look for your strengths and don’t be afraid to really dig deep. Also, compare yourself to the one’s you thought were “slackers”..you’ll find the answers easier that way. NOW you may see exactly why you should be hired and not “them” per sea.

PS. If this was a copy/paste from your resume, be sure to change the spelling of “senoir” to senior. Spelling always counts!
