Tech Deck 96mm Skateboard question?

I bought 96mm 4 pack tech deck, there were about 8 little black squares that came with the tech deck, with 4 holes in each one. I don’t know what it is used for. If you do know, please tell me how to put it on the tech deck.

Those are risers. They arn’t really necessary, they’re only put there to give you more pop and such.

To put it on(if you choose to), take off the trucks by unscrewing the screws that are called hardware on the griptape. Get all 8 screws off. Then the trucks should be off. Put the riser in those two empty spots where the trucks should be, then put the trucks back on, but have the trucks OVER the risers, covering it.
