how to tighten bust line after weight loss with out ant surgery?
i have loss weight of 18 kg my sikn and breast become like a bag how can i tighten it with out any surgery
Skin is very elastic but it’s effected by things like age, physical health and weight loss. If weight loss is too quick it can be slow to recover and may never go back to the way it was – take pregnancy as a perfect example of its ability to stretch. There are things you can do to tone the skin and increase its health, body brushing is great, try not to use too hot water in the bath or shower as this causes heaps of problems, it’s always good to blast yourself with as cold water as you can bear for a couple of minutes all over as this tones and improved circulation. Try to keep it well moisturised from inside and out, inside with plenty of water and fruit juice (grapefruit is especially good for promoting elasticity!) and use natural oil based moisturisers on the outside, jojoba and almond work best for me and you can just put them on neat in small amounts. Try to exercise your upper body as sagging muscles can be tightened which will lift everything else up as well. Finally just give it time…if you’ve lost a lot of weight quickly then it will take quite a while for your body to adjust. And don’t smoke! Thats terrible for the skin.
